Merch Shop FAQ

This FAQ section DOES NOT apply to Aura Photo Sessions, Gift Cards or Energy Healing.

This FAQ section only applies to merchandise sold in the HALO Online Merch Shop (T-Shirts, Bags, Mugs, etc.)

 

What is your return policy for online shop merchandise?

We have a 14 day return policy on merchandise in our online shop. Does not apply to Aura Photo Sessions, Gift Cards or Energy Healing.

If you have an issue with merchandise in your order please open a return by following the directions in the next FAQ question.

All returned packages must be authorized by us, include a valid RMA number and must be delivered back to us within 14 business days from the day you received the order. Packages received without a valid RMA number or delivered to us after the 14 business day returns period will be returned to sender.

Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

 

How do I open a return?

To open a return, please email info@haloauragraphic.com with the following information:

1. Your Order Number

2. Your name & shipping address

3. The reason you are requesting a return

Once your return is authorized, you will receive an RMA Number (Return Merchandise Authorization Number) back from us, as well as instructions on how and where to send your return.

Returned merchandise must include a valid RMA number and must be delivered back to us on or before 14 business days from the day the order was delivered to you, regardless of when you open the return.

The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs. 

Returns must be shipped back to us using a shipping service that includes a tracking number.

We are not responsible for returned packages that are lost or damaged during shipping.

Packages received without a valid RMA number or delivered to us after the 14 business day return period will be returned to sender.
