Our studio is in Los Angeles. Our work, many weeks of the year, is wherever the event is, and for nearly a decade that has often meant the Bay Area.
Since 2016 we've carried a complete mobile aura photography studio to offsites in Silicon Valley, launches in San Francisco, and gatherings across Palo Alto, San Jose and the peninsula. Travel is quoted upfront and handled entirely by us, so booking HALO from the Bay Area works exactly like booking any local vendor. The only difference is where we sleep that night.
The Experience
Each guest sits for a portrait of their energy field, captured on authentic instant film. Not a digital print, but a physical photograph that develops in their hands. Depending on the format of your event, we pair each portrait with a personal reading. It's quiet, curious, and unlike anything else on the floor: part art object, part conversation, part moment of stillness in the middle of an event.
Tech companies keep bringing us back for a simple reason. Their teams have seen every activation there is, and this one still stops people. It suits offsites and team gatherings, employee wellness days, product launches, holiday parties, and conference floors where you want a line that forms on its own.
Recent Bay Area events include team gatherings for LinkedIn, a multi-day activation for GitHub during tech week, a holiday party for Google, and a corporate wellness day at Facebook.
For Planners & Agencies
Much of our Bay Area work arrives through planners and agencies we've partnered with for years, and we try to be the easiest line on the run-of-show. Setup and breakdown are ours to handle. We have small, medium, and large footprints to choose from, so we can fit into whatever space you are working with. Our setup needs only standard power. Certificates of insurance are available on request. The team that arrives is the same one that has served Fortune 500 clients since 2016, and we can run full readings for intimate gatherings or a faster photo-only flow when the guest list is long.
Booking from the Bay Area
We suggest reaching out 8 to 10 weeks ahead, though shorter timelines are sometimes possible. Send us your date, venue city, guest count, and the shape of the event, and we'll reply as soon as possible with availability and a complete quote. Travel included, nothing added later.
