• If you are having trouble using a gift card code, it is most likely due to the recent switch to a new gift card system as of August 2021 and the new system is not recognizing the code that was issued from the previous system. • If you have a HALO gift card for an Aura Session that was issued in 2019, 2020 or 2021, prior to the system change, please email us at with the last 4 digits of your 16 digit gift card code and we will be happy to assist you in booking a spot using your gift card!
