SECTION 2 — SESSIONS AND APPOINTMENTS

Purchases of in-studio aura photography sessions and appointments are subject to HALO's Session & Appointment Terms and Conditions, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference and available at: haloauragraphic.com/pages/appointment-terms-and-conditions

In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the Session & Appointment Terms and Conditions, the Session & Appointment Terms and Conditions shall govern with respect to studio sessions and appointments.

SECTION 3 — EDUCATIONAL AND ENTERTAINMENT PURPOSES

The content on this Site — including descriptions of aura photography, biofield information, chakra assessments, and related topics — is provided for educational, informational, and entertainment purposes only. Nothing on this Site constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. You should not rely on any information on this Site as a substitute for professional medical advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider with questions you may have regarding a medical condition.

SECTION 4 — NO GUARANTEES ON PHOTO OUTCOMES

HALO makes no representations or guarantees about the outcome, quality, or appearance of any aura photograph. Photo results are subjective and vary by individual. Your satisfaction with a photograph is not grounds for a refund, re-do, or dispute of any kind.

SECTION 5 — INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and the HALO Auragraphic brand and name, is the property of HALO Auragraphic, Inc. and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this Site for commercial purposes without express written permission from HALO.

The HALO AURAGRAPHIC trademark is a registered trademark of HALO Auragraphic, Inc. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

SECTION 6 — AURA PHOTOGRAPHS — GUEST USE

Aura photograph(s) provided to guests following a session are for personal, private use only. Guests do not acquire any ownership, commercial rights, or licensing rights in the photographs. Commercial use of any kind is prohibited. Full terms governing photograph use are set out in the Session & Appointment Terms and Conditions.

SECTION 7 — ACCURACY OF SITE CONTENT

We make every effort to ensure that the information on this Site is accurate and up to date. However, we do not warrant that all content is free from errors or omissions. We reserve the right to modify, update, or remove any content at any time without notice. Prices for services are subject to change without notice.

SECTION 8 — THIRD-PARTY LINKS

This Site may contain links to third-party websites. These links are provided for convenience only. HALO does not endorse, control, or take responsibility for the content, privacy practices, or accuracy of any third-party site. Your use of any linked site is at your own risk.

IN NO EVENT SHALL HALO'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SPECIFIC SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

Nothing in this section limits HALO's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable California law.

You acknowledge that you are voluntarily using this Site and voluntarily attending any sessions you book with HALO. You assume full personal responsibility for your participation and acknowledge that HALO is not responsible for any personal decisions you make based on information provided on or through the Site.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless HALO Auragraphic, Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your breach of these Terms or your violation of any applicable law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of this Site shall be resolved in the courts of Los Angeles County, California, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in such courts.
